In class, we were set a task to create a mood board for the opening of our thriller we are going to film. As the film we are creating is based on a bad relationship and insecurity of the woman, we thought the pictures to use had to relate to this.
On the board, there are drawn pictures of eyes which are welling up with tears and others with slightly devilish look within them. The crying eyes shows the insecurity of the woman as she is always thinking that her boyfriend is cheating on her. However, this is not the case, she just believes this due to past relationships. the devilish eyes represent the devil within the woman and what she does to stop her boyfriend from cheating. The eyes are coloured the same as a fire, with red, orange and yellow shades. This also represent the devil within the girl. The letter 't' in the title 'Stalker' is shown as a picture of a women, this shows that the film is based on a woman and how they react to certain situations.
On the board, there are pictures of couples arguing. This represents the relationship between the girl and her boyfriend. As she is very insecure and is always accusing her boyfriend of things, they are always arguing as the boyfriend knows the truth and is disagreeing with her statements. Finally on the mood board, there are pictures of people being stalked. these pictures are shown as this is the main story line of the film. The girl stalks the girl she thinks her boyfriend is cheating on her with and kidnaps her. This is all because of insecurity, past relationships and the devilish mind she has.
